Father’s Day
Special recognition and appreciation for fathers in the workplace.
Service Recognition
(5, 10, 15 Years in Service)
Honoring employees who have dedicated 5, 10, or 15 years of service through awards and special recognition during official events.
Balik Eskwela Program
A support initiative for employees and their families to prepare for the new school year. This may include distribution of school supplies.
DAMAYAN Program
The Damayan Program of Elixer Multi-Purpose Cooperative aims to provide financial assistance to the families of cooperative members who have passed away.
